August 2018 - 41^st & Fox RTD Development

Construction is continuing at 41^st & Fox, which will be the first stop of the long-awaited G Line.  The G Line will be a new addition to the Denver light rail system, connecting Union Station to northwest hubs such as Olde Town Aravada & Wheat Ridge.

Along with the development of the station, the entire neighborhood has gone through zoning & planning for future development.  New development will primarily make up: mixed-use office & residential (3-20 stories), urban residential (1-12 stories), & pedestrian shopping districts (2-8 stories).
